As the “Cold Moon,” this lunar moment also calls for crisp honesty — clearing foggy patterns before the quieter season of winter. In this ceremony, we align with this air‐element energy: bright clarity, movement in thought, liberation from old narratives, and the invocation of new perspectives. We’ll be held in the spaciousness of sound, letting vibration clear the channels of our body, mind, and spirit so we may greet the next lunar cycle with fresh insight and awakened breath.

We open with a short mantra to attune ourselves to Gemini’s curious, communicative frequency — quieting chatter, opening the inner ear.
Guided journal prompts will then invite you to observe where your thoughts have looped, what messages are waiting to be heard, and what stories you’re ready to rewrite.
Then we’ll settle into full surrender: lie back, soften into savasana, and allow the sound artisans (gongs, alchemy crystal bowls, sacred vibrational instruments) to carry us through a bath of sonic resonance. Through this expansive field of vibration we will listen to the patterns within, uncover new pathways, and emerge aligned with fresh voices of intention.
