Full Moon Soundbath & Cacao Manifestation Ceremony w/ Isabel

Join us for a magical experience of relaxing into the ancient healing of the power of sacred sound waves cleansing and replenishing every nerve and cell within.

The Full Moon Soundbath & Cacao Manifestation Ceremony is a transformative event designed to harness the powerful energy of the full moon for healing, relaxation, and setting intentions and practice of manifestation.

We will open our heart with a cup of sacred cacao, energetically, cacao is a powerful plant medicine that allows us to see and experience life from the frequency of the heart. If there is something just underneath the surface, cacao may open your ability to access it.

After drinking cacao, we will drop into a Sound Bath. Separately, cacao and sound are incredibly healing medicines. Together, they co-create deeply somatic insights and experiences that heal on all levels -- physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

A variety of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Rain sticks, Tibetan Singing bowls, Chimes and more healing instruments will be used.
The full moon’s heightened energy will enhance the experience, making it an ideal time for reflection, manifestation, and setting new intentions.

The Cacao used in ceremony is allergens safe.

The session is 1.5hrs

During this experience you will receive a few drops of each essence, a spritz and essential oils. If you have any allergies please let us know before booking your spot.

Passionate about Yoga & Wellness, Isabel Fry, a certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher as well as Reiki healer, started her Company Breathe Retreats in 2016. It was created out of a realization that there was a need for a safe space for people to be themselves, to accept and love themselves, as well as to support and help each other grow and thrive.

Creating this safe space for everyone and encouraging them to be their most authentic selves has become Isabel’s mission and passion.

Along with Retreats and Corporate Retreats, she has developed a Radical Self-Acceptance Workshop and also Healing Circles to continue to support and nurture her clients.

Isabel believes in holding space for people to rediscover the light that shines brightly within them, and that with love and kindness, all can be conquered.
