The full moon is traditionally a time of illumination—a moment to pause, reflect, and gently release what no longer serves. In this small-group gathering (limited to eight participants), you’ll be guided through a thoughtfully held experience that weaves together reflection, intention, and immersive sound.
Using crystal singing bowls, grounding tones, and spacious silence, this session invites you to soften, let go, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.

Journal prompts for integration
Mantra offerings aligned with the lunar theme
An immersive sound experience
Time for rest and gentle integration
