A wellness sabbatical needn't break the bank or involve a year away. It can be a few hours to yourself and amongst the beautiful Moon energies around us. Escaping a busy life to spend a few hours to focus on growth and empowerment is all it takes to reboot. Me time is not a myth. It's real. So. . . . drop any guilt - only you can make that happen. Set an intention on how you want to feel at the end of your break and what you would like to achieve mentally, emotionally, and physically. You'll be surprised what you can achieve in this time.

Meet us in the Mountainview Studio for our Full Moon Ceremony, Guided Meditation, and Sound Healing Jorney.
This Full Moon Ceremony will restore the energy in body mind, and soul, to balance the chakras and wash away stress and bring you back to your vibrant and reenergized self.
W e will enjoy a blend of sound healing, guided meditation, reiki, affirmations, and restorative movement both on land and in the water in honour of this Aquarius Full Moon.
A sound bath uses sacred Tibetan harmonies that bring clarity and harmony to the true nature of yourself. The sound connects you to deeper brain waves that stimulate a natural meditative state and creates a true harmonic reset.
*Alchemy Crystal bowls are crystal bowls infused with precious gems and minerals.
The tones produced by the crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, they can affect your energy centres (chakras) for healing & balancing.
