The March Full Moon, the Worm Moon, marks the transition from winter’s sleep to spring’s first stirrings. Just as the soil prepares for the seeds of the coming season, this session is designed to help you "thaw" any lingering stagnation and reconnect with your internal foundations.
To facilitate this grounding, you will be guided into a deeply restorative posture focused on stabilizing the lower body and "rooting" into the present. This session is intentionally slow and supportive, making it accessible to all levels of experience. Your journey will be enhanced by:
Earthy Aromatics: An application of therapeutic essential oils designed to ground the nervous system and connect you to the element of Earth.
Grounding Soundscape: A focus on the deep, resonant frequencies of Himalayan, crystal bowls and grounding gongs to help you feel centered and physically supported.
