Full Moon Sound Healing

Beneath the light of the full moon, gather for an evening of release, renewal, and deep rest.
We’ll begin with a 10-minute guided meditation to help you center and open your heart, followed by an immersive sound bath using alchemy crystal singing bowls. The evening will close with light refreshments and quiet reflection under the night sky.

This experience will be held outdoors, weather permitting.
Please bring anything you need to be comfortable—yoga mat, blanket, pillows, eye covering, or cushions—as well as water and a journal for notes or reflections.
