(children welcome as long as they are able to sit through and receive about 45 minutes of soothing sound)
Plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early to check in and get settled so we can begin the sound bath promptly at 4:00. The door will close and lock at 4:05, so other sound bath participants are not interrupted by late arrivals.
what to bring:
yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and/or eye mask - anything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed for our hour together (Studio 11 has yoga mats and blankets available to borrow as well)
water bottle (complimentary water and tea are provided)
journal + pen (to jot down any reflections you have from your sound journey)
GETTING TO STUDIO 11:
Enter through the 57th Street Antique Mall.
Follow the parking lot straight back and turn right, following the arrows.
When you see Aquila Fitness, turn right into the parking lot around the back of the building.
Studio 11 is at the end of the lot!
