Please join Alyssa Lauren Stone, a classically trained pianist, as she takes you on a sound healing journey from the Himalayas to the jungles of Bali, utilizing Tibetan singing bowls, personal recordings, and other global instruments.
The Full Moon shines in peak illumination symbolizing clarity and completion of a cycle. Energy may intensify, emotions amplified; and a window of opportunity widens to manifest our deepest intentions.
Together, we will harness the cosmic energies by using powerful healing modalities such as sound healing, Reiki, and Restorative yoga to rebalance our chakras and clear our auras. By harmonizing our energetic fields, we become better equipped to make our dreams our reality.
As a certified Reiki Master and Restorative yoga teacher, she will also use floating hand positions to promote spiritual healing while showcasing restful poses using yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps to reach a deeper state of relaxation.
