The full moon represents an opportunity to release what no longer serves you. The energy of the full moon allows you to complete cycles, use your intuition and insight to manifest and create a new beginning. During this soothing and vibrational sound session with the gong, crystal bowls and other high vibrational instruments you will have the opportunity to wash away stress and what no longer serves you and set intentions for the month ahead.
What is sound healing/Sound Bath? During a sound healing experience also known as a sound bath participants lie down comfortably, allowing their bodies to relax and open to the healing frequencies from the soothing vibrational sounds filling the space. The session will feature an array of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gentle chimes, gongs, and other vibrational instruments, each chosen for their unique resonant qualities. The soundscape will be carefully crafted to guide participants through a journey of deep relaxation and inner exploration, promoting emotional release and mental clarity. As the session unfolds, the sounds will recalibrate every cell in your body, creating a nurturing environment where you can connect to your innerself. The experience will make you feel refreshed, aligned and rejuvenated.
