Taking place on the eve of the Hunters Full Moon, this sound bath invites you to slow down and honour the natural rhythms of release and reflection that autumn brings. As the days shorten and we turn inward, this is a powerful time to clear mental and emotional clutter, reconnect with your centre, and set intentions for the months ahead.

You'll simply lie down and let waves of sound wash over you. The therapeutic vibrations of gongs, bowls, and percussion instruments will work on every level—physical, mental, emotional, and energetic.
There’s no effort required—just close your eyes and allow the sounds to carry you into deep rest.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows are all provided at the venue.
This sound bathing method is designed to calm the nervous system, soothe the mind, and help the body enter a deep state of restoration.
Laura draws on both Eastern sound healing and Western sound therapy techniques to create a grounded, integrative session for relaxation, reflection, and renewal.
