Join me for an hour of sound bath meditation to tune into the energies of the March Full Moon. Rest, relax, rebalance.During a sound bath you may simply lay or sit comfortably and receive the sounds. We begin with a seasonally inspired guided meditation followed by a journey through the evocative sounds of the instruments. Many guests say that the sounds help to quiet the mental chatter and give relief from repetitive thoughts.
.
Instruments used can include drums, percussion, crystal singing bowls, monochord, gongs, ocean drum, chimes and himalayan singing bowls.
Sound therapy can have many wellbeing benefits including stress reduction, better sleep, lowering blood pressure, decreased sensation of pain, and decreased anxiety and depression. Most attendees find the experience relaxing and restful and most commonly people find they sleep really well after the session.
Please note that sound therapy is considered not suitable if you have epilepsy, a pacemaker fitted, any health condition triggered by sound, Meniere's disease, or if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Should any of these apply, please contact me before making your booking. A completed health declaration is required at booking.
