About this Event
This event is a nurturing co creation between Sound Therapy and Reiki.
A Sound Bath is a meditative experience that includes a vast collection of ancient & modern instruments played intuitively by Kira. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine that encourages emotional healing, done by Zelata. The beauty of combining Sound Therapy and Reiki together lays in their synergetic effect as they complement each other in promoting physical, emotional and spiritual balance.

This experience takes place at Kira’s Indoor garden; an organic oasis where you will be surrounded with tropical plants all around to support you through this inner journey. The natural world as we all know has powerful calming and healing effects on the mind & the body. The combination of nature, intention setting, Reiki and Sound therapy will amplify the depth of your experience as you will be receiving it all.
It is once we make the time and space to care for ourselves as a whole we create opportunities for creativity, brilliance and well being. it all starts within.
* No previous experience is needed at all.
* You are welcome to bring anything that would support your comfort during this experience (blanket, pillow, yoga mat, water or tea etc)
