Event: Full Moon Sound Bath, Yin Yoga, and Guided Meditation with Blue Lotus Tea

This October full moon, we invite you to a serene and deeply transformative Sound Bath with Yin Yoga and a Guided Meditation.
We will begin the experience with a cup of Organic Blue Lotus Tea to enhance our meditation journey. You will then be led through a Sound Bath that plays through out your entire Yin Yoga and Guided Mediation class. Each gentle floor posture will be held for 3-10 minutes as you're led through meditation. Each posture and meditation will correlate to each of your 7 chakras as we move from root to crown while balancing your energy centers.
- **Optional Blue Lotus Tea**: For those seeking deeper spiritual connection, start your practice with an optional cup of blue lotus tea which is a sacred flower known for enhancing spiritual awareness and connection to the astral realm. Historically known by Ancient Egyptians for its calming and intuitive properties, blue lotus enhances meditation and supports the opening of the third eye and crown chakra.
- **Sound Bath**: Drift into deep relaxation with a soothing soundscape featuring an array of crystal bowls (including 7 that match the frequencies of each chakra). As the sounds wash over you, releasing tension and rebalancing your energy, you are brought to a deeper meditational state.
- **Yin Yoga**: As the sound bowls cleanse you, we journey through a soothing Yin Yoga practice. This gentle, meditative style of yoga focuses on long-hold poses that target deep connective tissues, helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore energy flow.
- **Guided Meditation**: During each posture transition, you’ll be guided through a peaceful meditation, specifically designed to help you connect with each posture in correlation to not only each coresponding chakra, but also the full moon’s energy and your own inner growth.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat, blocks, blanket and pillows will be provided but please bring what makes you most comfortable.
- Water
- Comfortable clothing
- A journal for reflection (optional)
