Full Moon Sound Bath
Join us well we go on a meditative sound journey where you will be submerged in a “bath” of sound waves created by ancient and modern sound healing instruments. Allowing your body, mind and spirit to calm down and go into a self healing state. Removing and showing you what no longer aligns. The sound knows what to do.
The Full Moon holds a special place in the cosmic cycle. It symbolizes a time of heightened energy and intensity, a moment to let go of what no longer serves you and embrace new beginnings.
Whats included with the ticket :
1 hour sound bath
D uring this session we will begin with a calming meditation helping you relax, calming your mind and body. Amanda Rose will be holding the sound bath, allowing you to tune back into alignment with this vibrational healing
Releasing ceremony
Ater the session is complete we will be doing a ieleasing ceremony. Each one will be unique and curated that day by Amanda Rose. (Will be adjusted if setting a intention is not fit for that moon.)

What to bring: This will be a laying down experience, so lets get comfy! Suggestions are;
*Yoga mat * Sleeping bag/or blankets *1-2 pillows*Water bottle (chairs ok if needed)
Journal/notebook
A nything else that you see fit. e.i Crystals. If you do not have these items still come! We will do the best to get you comfy.
