In celebration of the full moon peaking on the 13th of January, join Caroline for a sound healing session Saturday evening January 11th from 6-7 PM to heal your mind, body, and spirit and open our hearts and minds for the healing energy of that week's full moon.As the vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments wash over you, you'll receive the various sound as healing into the nervous system stimulating the vagus nerve and inviting whole body healing.
Caroline will play her Himalayan singing bowls, alchemy crystal bowls, the Suci chime, Native American drum, and Native American bellstick while you rest in a peaceful position absorbing all the vibrations.
This experience is accessible to all levels and no yoga experience is necessary. We recommend you wear comfy clothing and be ready to relax and restore. We'll send you home ready for a great night of sleep!
