Join Sneha for a restorative sound bath held in the energy of the Strawberry Moon, guiding you into a deep, full-body release through the soothing vibrations of Himalayan Singing Bowls.
Each bowl is crafted from seven metals and tuned to one of the body's seven energy centers, working on a subtle, cellular level to clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and support overall well-being. As the body softens and the mind grows quiet, the sounds continue to flow —creating space for a deep release and inner balance.
New for your comfort: zero-gravity chairs are now provided, allowing your body to rest in optimal alignment and ease. Please bring a cozy blanket and anything else that helps you feel warm, supported, and at ease during the session.
