Full Moon Sound Bath
This Full Moon Sound Bath will feature a short, grounding meditation followed by healing vibes provided by the wind gong, crystal chakra singing bowls, chimes, rattles, and more. Lizz plays with gentle focus, while channeling universal love to all through her sonic expressions. Her sound baths provide a meditative sonic journey that’s vibrant, sensual, and soothing by turns.
Lizz Bacon is a certified Sound Healer and Reiki practitioner. She has been a student of meditation and human energy systems for over 20 years, and is a lifelong lover of music, dance, and sound.

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolsters, eye mask, and any other items you might like to be as comfortable and cozy as possible to relax and absorb the sound healing.
EVENT LOGISTICS: Doors open at 7pm. The sound bath experience will end around 8:30pm.
