We will use the potency of a Blue Moon to clear away the old and drop deep into a state of dreamlike rest with simple movement, breathwork, meditation and a 60-minute immersive sound bath. Sound baths promote deep release and relaxation, and entrain our brainwaves to shift into a dreamlike state. We will use the potency of the blue moon to release what no longer serves you and clear the energetic deck for the month ahead.
We'll begin by shaking loose stagnant energy through simple Kriya movements, followed by grounding Pranayama, and a short meditation to center our focus. Then we will transition into a calming 60-minute sound immersion.
