What to bring
Come exactly as you are. Wear something cosy and bring anything that helps you feel at home, we recommend a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and eye mask.

Unfortunately, sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They're also not suitable for women in their first or third trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions.
