Exciting news for Full Moon & Gong Bath lovers.To anyone who has joined me on full moon walks or for our Summer Solstice sound baths at Spike Island, we are returning there, but in a new venue - under the light of the full moon in the Observatory. Come and join us to welcome April's Pink Moon and every full moon after, in this magical, serene setting.
Join us for a night at the museum. This promises to be special, we will welcome you and guide you in stillness and sound.
We start on:
Thursday 2nd April,
Doors 8:20pm
Soundbath 8:30pm
1 hour session
I’ll be holding a full moon sound bath that combines gentle seated somatic movement with a deeply calming sound experience. Focusing on the gong, this session will hit deep and is designed to ease those full moon wobbles while helping you unwind. Totally Beginner friendly.
