Grief isn’t just an emotion—it lives in the body. Whether you’re moving through the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a past version of yourself, or something that didn’t unfold the way you hoped, this session is here to hold you.
Join me Sunday April 13th under the full moon for a somatic breathwork journey to help you move through grief with compassion. This is a space to breathe, feel, and release—without forcing anything, without needing to have it all figured out. Just you, your breath, and the support of this practice.
