Cosmic cardio is a new concept that Shalice’s partner (Nia) named based off Shalice’s desire to bring active exercise outdoors to her already growing event. This event will offer 2 different routes. One for walkers & the other for runners. Both groups will be committing to the 2 mile loop around Shelley Lake Park. Once finished, there will be opportunity to socialize a bit & stretch before ending off an active full moon session. If this sounds like your vibe then be sure to register for FREE ✨
