• Wear: Workout fits but make them your favorite Taylor Era or NFL team! PLEASE BRING TENNIS SHOES, A MAT, & AN EXTRA LAYER!
• A pre-mixed DJ setlist: A pre-mixed playlist of Taylor’s greatest tracks and NFL-inspired beats — the kind of music that makes your soul light up!
• Start with 40 minutes of all-levels vinyasa flow: A guided practice to ground your body, open your breath, and get into the rhythm.
• Move into 35 minutes of playful, free-form movement + ecstatic dance: Let loose and move however feels good. NO EXPERIENCE needed, just freedom and fun!
• Close with 15 minutes of live piano + inspiration words: Soulful melodies and uplifting words from Angela to carry the magic with you long after class.

• What does “silent disco” mean?
  It doesn’t mean a silent class! Each guest wears a wireless headset that streams music and Angela’s mic directly to your ears. You’ll hear every beat, cue, and lyric crystal-clear.
• Is this just yoga?
  Nope, it’s a fusion of yoga and embodied dance. Think of it as vinyasa flow blending into free-form dance, all designed to help you connect to your authentic expression.
• Do I need to be a dancer?
  Not at all! If you can move in any way, you can do this.
• What should I bring?
  Bring a yoga mat, water, and an open mind. We’ll provide the headsets and the vibes.
• How long is the class?
  This is a 90-minute immersive experience, giving you plenty of time to flow, move, dance, and soak in the magic of the evening.
• Who is this for?
  Anyone who loves yoga, music, dance, or just trying something new. All levels and all bodies are welcome. This is about connection, not perfection!
