Spring Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance between day and night, when nature’s energy shifts from an internal focus to an outer one. As nature breaks free from winter’s dormancy, so too are we invited to shake off stagnant energy of dark times and bloom back into JOY.
This ritual is all about providing an opportunity to orient our nervous system toward the momentous energy of renewal, and to align our intentions to the joy of becoming. Breaking free of old ruts and routines, to step into what supports our thriving.
We will curate an experience for you to include creating a community altar to set intentions, detoxifying pranayama, somatic free flow movement, yin postures to enhance lymphatic drainage, and a closing sound bath. Enjoy complimentary honeysuckle violet tea upon arrival, and the use of aromatherapy throughout the duration of the ritual.
