Church of Bass RetreatA wellness–ritual–rave hybrid for nervous system restoration, intention, connection, creativity, and ecstatic celebration.
Three days in nature weaving sound, movement, stillness, and story — designed to regulate the nervous system, open the body, and bring community into resonance.
By day: grounding, somatic practices, creative play, nature immersion, and gentle restoration.
By night: fire, rhythm, bass ritual, ecstatic dance, and collective ceremony.
This gathering moves in cycles of STILL → SOUND → EXPRESSION → STILL, holding space for both science and mystery, silence and sub-bass, rest and release.
Core experiences include somatic and breath-based practices, sound and vibration journeys, drumming and fire circles, creative community spaces, and a guided bass ceremony held with consent, care, and emotional safety.
Additional facilitators, ritual elements, and deeper ceremonial layers are currently unfolding and will be announced soon.
This is a no-alcohol, no-hard-drug space, with harm reduction, quiet re-regulation zones, and strong consent culture at the centre.
We gather not to escape the world —
but to return to it more regulated, connected, and alive.
