If you've been feeling stressed, down, overwhelmed, or over it and ready for something new… come release and reset with us in Brooklyn.
About this Event

Hey New Yorkers,

If you’ve been running from the subway to work to your inbox to your next thing… juggling life changes, family dynamics, loneliness, big emotions, or just the low-level “What am I even doing?” feeling... this is for YOU.

Come step out of the noise, the notifications, the group chats, the “I’ll deal with it later”… and luxuriate in quietude for a few hours in a cozy private Brooklyn home (near the Ralph Avenue subway station).

No lines. No rush. No performance.

Just spaciousness.

And not just “space.”
You’ll be held in a small group (max 6 people) so you'll get personalized attention from a skilled, experienced facilitators who know how to guide real nervous-system shifts. This is intentional, supported, and deeply grounding.

And yes, you can BRING IT.

All of it.

The heavy stuff. The messy stuff. The subtle stuff.

The things you don’t have words for.

This is not talk therapy.
You won’t be sharing your life story or listening to others process theirs.

This is a body-based experience.
Because while the body keeps the score… it also knows how to reset it. We just have to get out of its way.

We’ll begin with writing prompts to get clear on what you’re ready to release. Then you’ll be guided through a somatic experience to help your body actually move, process, and let go at your own pace.

This is NOT a workout, a yoga or dance class.
This is NOT about performing.
There is nothing to “get right.”

No experience is needed. Just wear comfortable clothes, with layers, since your body temperature may fluctuate.

Bring a journal if you’d like (we’ll also have paper, pens, and water available).

From there, you’ll be held in a sound bath to deepen and integrate the reset, giving your nervous system the kind of exhale it rarely gets in city life.

  • Whether you’re dealing with overwhelm, overthinking, grief, relationship issues, a major life transition, a breakup, or just uncertainty...
  • Whether it's something long-held… or just the daily buildup of stress...

You don’t have to explain it, figure it out, or fix it.
You just get to let it move and release.

This space is for people who are:
  • Living full lives and feel a little maxed out
  • Into art, music, creativity, and thinking outside the lines
  • Open to something deeper, but still grounded and supported
  • Going through something real and want support without having to “talk it all out”

You might show up feeling tense, distracted, or in your head, and that's OK.

You’ll leave with more:
  • Lightness
  • Clarity
  • Presence
  • Flow of life force energy
  • Freedom to move forward again

Details:
  • Max 6 people (small group = close attention)
  • Held in a private home in Brooklyn (address shared after registration)
  • No prior experience needed
  • We may be inside, or outside on the patio, depending on the weather and group preferences

Commitment & Cancellations:

Your ticket is fully refundable if canceled more than 7 days in advance.

Because space is very limited, cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

Please still let us know if something comes up. We'll keep a small waitlist and may be able to offer your spot to someone else.

Facilitated by experienced, grounded practitioners trained in music therapy, somatic trauma therapy, and nervous system regulation. This is a space where you can go as deep as you need to, while being safely guided and supported throughout.

Meet Your Hosts

Sabine Feuilloley

Originally from France, Sabine has called New York home for over 30 years—a city whose energy and diversity have shaped both her personal life and professional journey. Her path has been anything but linear, marked by resilience, reinvention, and revelations—from the fashion world to healthcare. During her career in fashion, she discovered meditation and later sound meditation. These practices became essential tools for balance and clarity in a fast-paced universe, and later inspired her to explore healthcare with a deeper sense of care and presence. Trained with experienced practitioners, she brings a grounded and professional approach to every session while keeping the practice accessible, transformative, and deeply restorative.
