Full Moon Reflection Walk - Hilly Fields Nature Reserve
Join us for an enchanting evening under the luminous glow of the full moon at the Hilly Fields Nature Reserve. This walk taking place on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 19:00 GMT, promises a memorable experience surrounded by the beauty of nature.
As the moon illuminates our path, you'll have the opportunity to appreciate the quiet serenity of the reserve and witness its nocturnal inhabitants awakening while reconnecting with nature in this sensory stimulating walk in the dark/sunset/evening (*depending on the time of year).
We will start with a reflection meditation of the month so far and finish with a intention setting meditation for the remainder of the month, while the rest of the quiet walk will give the opportunity to observe nature at night* in the safety of the group.
This walk offers a lovely way to observe monthly how the evenings each month change with the seasons getting gradually lighter and then decending darker. (Please look out for any one off Solstice and Equinox events if this also appeals)
