The solar plexus is the center of power. Many healers, leaders, change makers, and artist move from their solar plexus. The center of power, courage, and confidence. The navel is connected to our first connection to life. The umbilical cord. The connection to our mother, and when we come into this world, the connection is cut. But, the belly button always serves as a reminder of that sacred bond, and connection. The solar plexus chakra is located just behind the navel, and is the energy center of power.
This is the place of action, like the sun, it is a powerhouse of endless energy, and lifegiving energy and vitality.
For this ceremony we will go deeper into your center of power and see what is holding you back from achieving your soul path. In this ceremony, you will connect to your authentic power, clear the self-doubt, and empower your gut instinct.

The Solar Plexus is where we begin to clear self-doubt, pride, and the lower vibrations that have been holding back your authentic self-worth and confidence. This is where we begin to put the pieces together, and connect the first 3 chakras to your soul path, and help you walk with more confidence, courage, and instinctual power.

As this is most definitely not an overnight transformation, and is an individual process, you will be given a special guided meditation and worksheets that will help you continue to work though your root chakra, so that you can become stronger, more confident, happy, and courageous.
