The full moon invites us to let go of what no longer serves, celebrate our growth, and reconnect with the rhythms of the body, heart, and Earth. In this potent lunar portal, you’ll be held in a supportive, restorative space to feel more centered, open-hearted, and aligned.
We begin with Sacred Cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine rooted in Maryzelle’s Salvadoran ancestry. Introduced by her grandmother and deepened through her initiation in the Pies Descalzos lineage with Abuela Chicahuaxochitl, cacao softens the heart, cultivates emotional clarity, and awakens connection, preparing the body and spirit for the journey ahead.
The evening includes a powerful meditation to guide you into your next chapter and lunar cycle, followed by a Sacred Soundscape Journey. Maryzelle, a sound therapist, multi-instrumentalist, and multidimensional musician, weaves gongs, crystal singing bowls, Indigenous drums, and voice into living vibration. Sound becomes both art and medicine, soothing the nervous system, opening dreamlike states, and supporting deep restoration. Expect to feel lighter, clearer, and profoundly renewed.
