✨ Grounding and Centering With a brief stretch, we'll release the day, and we’ll then ground, gently rooting into the Earth, so you feel anchored and open as you relax into the frequency of 432hz rose quartz crystal bowls. A few minutes of breathwork helps clear the mind and deepen the relaxation for your sound experience.
