Each full moon invites us to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most. It’s a potent time for shedding what no longer serves, setting intentions rooted in truth, and illuminating the path forward with gentle clarity.
Join me each month for a Full Moon Meditation - a 90-minute guided experience designed to support your nervous system, nourish your spirit, and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom.
Each gathering is rooted in three core intentions:
» Release: Let go of what’s heavy, stuck, or outdated
» Manifest: Anchor into soul-led desires and next steps
» Clarity: Create space for insight, embodiment, and peace
Each session is thoughtfully attuned to the energy and theme of that month’s full moon, creating a rhythm of seasonal reflection, grounded self-inquiry, and somatic connection.
A Monthly Space for Release, Manifestation & Clarity
You’ll be guided through a brief lunar teaching and intention setting, followed by a calming meditation and visualization designed to support inner clarity. We’ll move into gentle reflection and close with space for integration and community connection.
Bring a journal, wear something cozy, and feel free to bring any comfort items like a blanket or pillow. No prior experience needed - all are welcome. This is your invitation to come home to yourself each month - to reflect, reset, and remember.
IN-PERSON SESSIONS take place in a beautifully restored and historic space inside the former New Market Hotel building. With its warm character and grounding energy, this private and peaceful setting offers the perfect container to slow down, exhale, and come home to yourself. It’s a space where time feels softer - and your inner world can rise to the surface. Doors will open at 6:45. To be respectful of your time we will start promptly at 7:00. Free parking is available in the parking lot and on Main Street.
