What Happens

5:00 PM - Doors open. Grab a plate of Kathleen's plant-based dishes, choose your elixir, and settle in. We provide everything you need: yoga mat, blanket, towel, pillow. Get comfortable. This is your time to land.

6:30 PM - Full Moon Sound Bath begins.

LaNeesha guides this sacred experience. You'll lay, sit, or move as your body needs. For the next hour, allow the solfeggio harmonics to wash through you—nine tuning forks accompanying seven sound bowls, completing the full Solfeggio Frequency Scale.
