Join us on April 17th to honour the Full Moon as we welcome you into an evening of deep sensory exploration with Immersion: Sound, Mind, Body — a unique offering that weaves together movement, sound, and stillness.
Guided by Dawn Bayers, the practice begins with a dynamic, breath-led Flow, Yin, and Yoga Nidra with live immersive soundscapes for deep rest, nervous system reset. Throughout the practice, Craig blends electronic music, natural sounds, visceral tonal vibrations, delta waves, and binaural beats live, at an amplitude you can feel; creating a deep meditative experience.
This is more than a yoga class with music; it is a carefully curated, shared energetic experience. The combination of movement and sound becomes a portal into stillness, connection, and subtle awareness.
Immersion has been offered at festivals including Bass Coast for over six years and continues to evolve as a powerful collaboration between Dawn and Craig— partners in both life and practice. Together, they bring decades of experience in yoga, meditation, music, and event facilitation, creating a space that is both grounded and expansive.
All levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is needed. Please note that sound is an integral part of this offering and may reach higher volumes at times.
About the Facilitators
Dawn Bayers is a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher with over 15 years of full-time teaching experience. Known for her grounded and intuitive approach, her offerings invite students into deeper connection with breath, body, and awareness.
Craig brings decades of experience in music and event production, crafting immersive sound journeys that are both emotive and transformative.
Together, they created Immersion from a shared passion for the healing power of sound, movement, and stillness. Since 2017, they have offered this experience in studios and festivals, now sharing it with the Victoria community.
