Harness each full moon's unique astrological energy to assist in your goals to your highest self. Let go of self-limitations and make space for new growth and opportunities.

Join us for a powerful evening including gentle somatic yoga, sound bath, guided meditation, breathwork, EFT/tapping, letting-go fire ceremony, and sharing in supportive wellness community.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Journal & pen

• Water

• Dress for comfort/cozy/in layers

• Optional: blanket, pillow (anything to add comfort during sound bath), crystals to charge in the singing bowl frequencies

• yoga mat, bolster, blanket, cushioned meditation seat, & weighted eye pillow

Note: parking is on street or in gravel lot next to building, enter through the back deck entrance through the door that has a small sign that says "Holos House".
