Join us each full moon at SoFlo Life, a conscious retreat space tucked into the heart of Wicker Park, for a deeply nourishing two-hour immersion designed to help you reset, release, and realign. SolFlo Life is a nature-inspired wellness sanctuary where energy, sound, light, color, plants, herbs, and aromatherapy come together to support your well-being. These full moon gatherings are a cornerstone of our community, an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, welcoming environment.
The experience begins with one hour of frequency therapy in our Energy Room, featuring Tesla scalar technology. You’ll rest on comfortable beds and chaises while your nervous system settles and your body enters a deeply relaxed state. A warm herbal tea and hydration station are available to support gentle grounding throughout. We then move into our Sound Room for a full-body sound bath immersion. You’ll be guided through light breathwork, meditation, and aromatherapy before being bathed in layers of sound—gongs, singing bowls, drums, chimes, shakers, nature sounds, and voice—while resting on cozy, boho floor cushions.
No experience is required. This is about relaxing, receiving, resting, and allowing space for clarity, release, and renewal.People often leave feeling calmer, clearer, lighter, and more connected—to themselves and to the rhythm of the moon. Whether you’re new to sound healing or returning to a familiar ritual, this full moon immersion is an invitation to pause, reset, and share sacred space in community.
