🌕 A sacred journey from sand to sea under the full moon 🌕
I guide women to release fear and reconnect to their wild feminine power through ocean breathwork under the full moon.
Whether you're scared of the ocean or already love it, this ceremony is for you.
This isn't just a surf lesson where you get pushed into waves. This is about finding safety within yourself and discovering how powerful, joyous, and light you can be.

✨ THE EXPERIENCE
We begin with grounding breathwork on the beach to regulate your nervous system and set intentions. Then we move into the water together, practicing self-soothing while floating in the ocean's embrace. Finally, we play with the waves under moonlight - surfing with presence, ease, and pure joy.
What's included:
- 40 min: Beach breathwork & intention setting
- 20 min: In-water breathwork & ocean attunement
- 45 min: Wave play & moonlit surfing
- 15 min: Integration & closing circle

This is the last full moon before Lunar New Year - a powerful threshold moment to release what no longer serves and welcome new beginnings with the turning of the lunar calendar.

Limited to 3 women only for deep connection and personalized guidance. All surf levels welcome, including complete beginners.

- Women only
- Comfortable being in ocean water
- Basic swimming ability
- Wetsuit (4/3mm or 5/4mm) required
- Surfboard (or let me know if you need to borrow one)

🌊 ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
I'm Jisoo Yang, certified Breathwork Facilitator with RYS 200 yoga training and 7 years of surfing in Santa Cruz. Three years ago, a moonlit surf awakened my understanding of the power of letting go and co-creating with nature. Now I guide women to experience this same transformation through ocean breathwork ceremonies.
