Join us under the Full Moon for an evening of reflection, integration, and intentional shift.
The Full Moon is a time to pause and look at what has unfolded so far in the lunar cycle — to notice what has ripened, what feels complete, and what needs to shift before the cycle comes to a close.
This class will be a Lunar embodiment practice: grounding yet expressive, slow-paced, and focused on the body and inner experience.
Elizabeth will lead you through a practice for embodiment with lunar Kundalini yoga, mantra meditation, guided breathwork, and deep relaxation with sound healing to support nervous system regulation and intentional renewal.
The evening will close with an extended sound journey to help integrate the practice and anchor your intentions for the cycle ahead.
After our embodiment practice, we’ll gather for Vegan food, Refreshing beverages, Grounding tea and time to connect with community.
This experience is located at Agni Mandir Retreat in Cedar Park.
Guests are also welcome to spend time in the Nervous System Regulation Room after the event to continue unwinding and integrating.
We will practice outdoors on the platform under the oak trees. If the weather doesn’t permit, we’ll gather in front of the hearth.
