🌀WHAT IS ECSATIC DANCE.
Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, without the need to follow specific steps, release themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy.
...and it's a fantastic workout. Go as hard or as slow and somatic as you desire.
🎧DJ Guide Earth G Koreen has been offering these special Moon Circles for years! She is a resident DJ at Dance Church Mpls, AscenDance, Solstice Sound Temple or the Goddess Gala. ....Maybe you have experienced her at Shangra-La Music Festival or in one of her rhythmic Earth Goddess Yoga (every Saturday morning at the A-Mill Artist Loft).
Koreen is an experienced ceremony guide & teacher of embodied movement.
