What to Expect
Intention Setting & Introductions
We begin by grounding into the space and connecting as a group. You’ll be gently guided to set an intention for the evening while feeling supported within a shared circle.
Cosmic Teachings: Understanding the Current Energies
We explore the collective themes unfolding in the cosmos and how they may show up in daily life, emotions, and relationships. These teachings offer clarity and context without requiring any prior astrology knowledge.
Journaling & Release
Through guided journaling prompts, you’ll reflect inward and identify what you’re ready to let go of, such as old patterns, emotional weight, or stories that no longer align.
Collective Burn Ritual
We will gather in a shared ritual of release. This collective burn honors the power of community, transforming individual intentions into a unified act of letting go and renewal.
Ecstatic Dance: Embodiment & Integration
We will move our bodies with ecstatic dance, a free-form, judgment-free movement experience. This is an invitation to express, release, and embody your intentions through the body, allowing joy, freedom, and presence to lead.
Breathwork & Sound Bath
You’ll be guided through gentle breathwork followed by a nourishing sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, move energy through the body, and support deep relaxation and integration.
