The phases connect us to a natural flow, as it moves through the elements and signs of the zodiac for all aspects of life. 🌕
This Cold Moon, or Long Night Moon, is the last full moon of the year and offers a special opportunity for closure, completion of a cycle and renewal ~ a cosmic event to realign with the year ahead. The peak of this lunar cycle is a journey into your thoughts, perceptions and the stories you tell yourself. You’re invited to embrace new perspectives, challenge self-limiting beliefs, and release emotional baggage. In ceremony, we’ll dive into a portal of mirrors, purge and create space for fresh energy ~ a last gathering and celebration before 2025 ~ moving our bodies into soul alignment. 💫
~ Ecstatic Dance ~
The roots of the ecstatic dance grow deep into the rituals of primitive tribes, who danced to express themselves, moved through stagnant energy, and liberated their energy in support from others.
By giving your body the ability to move freely, letting yourself go beyond the mind and into the heart, you allow yourself to dance into the feeling of oneness with your truth and with your authentic self ~ embodying the consciousness of your body, cleansed of stereotypes and labels offered by society. This unity connects you to the source of inner knowing, strength, confidence, unique expression in the given moment, inspiration and divine connection ~ creating a space for unlimited opportunities for self-realization in this earthly middle world.
~ Mama Cacao: The heart opening plant medicine
There will be served a cup of Ceremonial Cacao, the beautiful, feminine spirit and keeper of ancient, sacred wisdom and knowledge. She is invited into the space to open your heart for the journey ahead. The spirit of Cacao is rich, dark and loving. She expands the mind and connects the human heart with the heartbeat itself. She holds the power to reveal what needs to be revealed, and guides us into directions of bliss, happiness and joy, but also directions of release, tears, grief, and the shadow sides within us. All embraced in acceptance and unconditional love. As the cacao sings through your body, I invite you to be open to what she wants to show and teach you.

✨bring your authentic self, whatever that looks like in the moment
Bring:
✨ A water bottle
✨ A journal and pen
✨ Comfortable clothes to move in (something that makes you feel alive, expressive or represents what’s currently alive in you)
✨ Any instruments, props or items that want to join you!
✨ A sheepskin or something to sit on during the ceremony
