About Chris
Chris is a Level 3 Atma Buti® Sound Healer, certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Reiki II certified practitioner and intuitive astrologer based in Montclair, New Jersey. Private and group sound healing sessions are offered at the Wujibliss private studio in Montclair, as well as in homes and offices, creating a warm and supportive space to relax, release, and restore.
In every gong sound bath we lie down on yoga mats and simply receive. Our time together is a restorative pause for deep relaxation, chakra alignment and energetic reset. Layers of sacred sound from Gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, shruti box, koshi chimes, and other instruments gently wash through the body, helping to clear, balance, and realign. Our centerpiece is Mother Bowl, a rare and monumental singing bowl. Stepping into Mother Bowl feels deeply nurturing and grounding. Feel sound vibrations resonate through your entire body. Every experience offering its own unique reset for the physical, emotional, and mental bodies.
Join Chris at her private and group astrology gatherings on Zoom, as well as weekly Saturday Sunrise Sadhana at Raj Yoga on Facebook Live. Sadhana includes early morning Kundalini Yoga, Japji, and mantra chanting, providing a sacred and uplifting way to welcome the weekend.
Since 2022, Light Language channeling and Kundalini Activation have become part of these sessions, supporting expanded awareness and deeper energetic awakening.
