About this Event
Join us for a Full Moon Drumming Circle held in a candle-lit cellar, a grounded, earth-held space beneath the town.
Using steady rhythm, breath, and shared presence, the circle offers a chance to release tension, reconnect with the body, and experience the power of communal drumming.
No experience is needed. Drums are provided, and you are welcome to bring your own.
The session is gently guided, with space to sit, listen, or drum as feels right for you.
This is not a performance or therapy session, but a grounded, supportive gathering centred on rhythm, connection, and safety.
Health & Safety Information (Please Read)
- The cellar is a 515-year-old historic space accessed via steep stone steps
- Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible
- Candlelight is used; lighting remains soft but sufficient
- Sound levels are rhythmic and grounding but may be intense for some
This event may not be suitable for:
- Those with sound-induced epilepsy
- Individuals with pacemakers
- Anyone who may find confined or low-light spaces challenging
- Pregnant individuals (as deep rhythmic sound can be stimulating)
Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and let the facilitator know if you need to step out at any time.
