Join me in welcoming the Full Moon with this beautiful Chakradance™ dancing prayer.Let’s dance in this full moon energy!!
The structure of the evening will look like this:
• An opening meditation to allow us to arrive into the space both physically and energetically.
• A chance to introduce ourselves to one another.
• A moving white light healing meditation to warm our bodies up.
• Dancing Full Moon Dancing Prayer, following our body’s natural calling to move.
• We will then move into mandala art, where we pour the energy we have just danced up into the circle with pastels.
•We will close with another meditation. 😌
