Sink into deep rest as the pure tones of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and elemental chimes wash through the room.
Through resonance, sound meets the natural frequencies of your body, gently dissolving held tension.
Through entrainment, your brainwaves begin to synchronise with steady, grounding rhythms - guiding you into states of profound stillness, clarity, and calm.
The full moon amplifies. What needs to be released, softens. What needs to come home, does.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease in your body. Especially if you've got aches and pains!
What to bring
Come exactly as you are. Wear something cosy and bring anything that helps you feel at home, we recommend a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and eye mask.
✨ A small, warming cup of cacao will be waiting for you on arrival to ease you into the evening.

Unfortunately, sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They're also not suitable for women in their first or third trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions. If you have any of these conditions consult a healthcare professional before attending.
