Full Moon Circle: Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki

Welcome to the Aquarius Full Moon!  

Full moons have traditionally been honored as a time to release, and this Aquarius full moon in particular brings up themes relating to finding balance in our lives.

Join us to honor yourself and the moon and to intentionally begin to shift toward the Autumn season. In this experience we will be reflecting on the following themes:

• Finding balance between being optimistic, imaginative, and idealistic vs practical and grounded in reality
• Exploring self expression & self-confidence, creative endeavors, especially any challenges in communicating your creativity and the things that are lighting you up 
• Friction between a desire for freedom and a need for stability

Breathwork for release and reiki to pour back in will honor the themes of balance in this moon and help you to find peace, restoration, and clarity as you move into your weekend.

What to Expect:

• a discussion of the themes of the Aquarius moon 
• a journaling prompt for you to integrate the discussion into your own experience
• An introduction to multiple breathwork techniques that you can use to ground and balance your energy or release what is holding you back
• A meditation and blissful reiki experience to bring balance and calm to your body
• expect the unexpected! I lead and create based on intuitive guidance, so any part of this may change on the day of the circle based on the wisdom coming through.

Bring:

• An open heart, a pen, and a journal or something to write on.
• A yoga mat or a full length cushion to lie down on
• Any pillows or other objects that will allow you to be more comfortable sitting or lying down
• Water
• A sweatshirt or blanket
• An optional eyemask
• If you have any other ritual items you like to use like crystals, items from nature, photographs, etc., you may also bring them.

Mandy Sciacchitano  is an energy worker and spiritual mentor on a mission to empower people to heal so that they can achieve higher levels of soul-aligned success.

She believes in a holistic approach, and draws on her expertise in coaching, breathwork, energy work, and EFT “tapping” to help clients bust through blocks and accelerate healing and transformation to create authentic Soul alignment.
