About Luna
Luna is the founder and CEO of The Luna Vortex, a space that helps connect your breath, spirit and ancestral wisdom through traditional Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Sound Alchemy, music, nutrition/hydration & art. She also has a masters in Applied Behavior Analysis & NASM personal training certification, which supports people during transitions and changes by creating new healthier wellness and life habits. Luna has taught at various studios, conferences and events in Los Angeles, Ghana and Mexico. Her classes are also accessible online. The Luna Vortex also offers international healing retreat experiences all over the world to guide back to Self, your true essence.
About Sacha
Sacha has practiced yoga all her life and became a certified instructor in 2013. She has taught students of all ages around the world and loves to incorporate ritual magic and art into her yoga + meditation offerings. She currently teaches a monthly yoga program for elementary students and teaches adults at People’s Yoga in East Los Angeles. Sacha is passionate about using yoga as a pathway to social justice, community healing and liberation.
