An intentional evening to release, reset, and reconnect with yourself
We’ll move through gentle flow, breathwork, and a guided release ritual to let go of what no longer serves you, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
This full moon rises in Sagittarius, the sign of expansion, truth, and inner wisdom, inviting us to release what doesn’t align and reconnect with what does.
You’re welcome to bring a candle to hold your full moon intention. A limited number of candles will also be provided.
This moon is also known as a Blue Moon, a rare moment when two full moons occur within the same month. Use this energy to take a chance or return to a goal you may have forgotten.
This is your space to slow down and come back to yourself.
