Join us for a gentle and nourishing evening under the energy of the Pink Full Moon—a time of emotional release, renewal, and opening the heart.
This special ceremony is designed to guide you inward through movement, breath, sound, and stillness, allowing you to let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner peace.
We will begin with a soft, grounding yoga flow to awaken the body and release tension. From there, you’ll be guided into meditation, followed by a deeply immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
The evening will close with a warm herbal tea experience, giving you time to integrate, connect, and simply be.
