Join Megan for an intentional full moon, candlelit Yin Yoga practice where you will find the stillness and space to do just that. Yin is a slow practice, where there are fewer postures and longer holds. This style of yoga promotes mobility and aims to prevent injury by targeting the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones, and the joints of the body that are not normally exercised in a more active asana class.
This time of the full moon and style of practice is perfect to support the process of releasing any fears that hold you back mentally, physically, or spiritually, and offers the opportunity to look within yourself to see where you are, where you want to be, and what you are capable of creating within yourself and your life.
Class is suitable for all levels of practitioners and is not heated.
