Our evening begins with ceremonial cacao from Cacao Guardians, ethically sourced from Guatemala. Ceremonial cacao is known for its heart-opening qualities, containing natural compounds like theobromine that gently stimulate circulation and increase blood flow to the brain. From there, you’ll be guided into a full moon intention-setting practice, followed by an immersive Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl sound bath.
